Nicole’s passion is working in industries and/or roles that have a direct connection with people. She is driven by having the ability to support others as they work towards their endeavors. Nicole has held senior leadership roles, and has worked in the human resources field for over 20 years, with industry leading organizations. Nicole is also a licensed REALTOR in the State of Michigan, utilizing her decades of experience to support her clients in reaching their commercial and residential real estate buying and/or selling goals.

Nicole was born and raised in the City of Detroit. She attended Detroit Public Schools, graduating from Cass Technical High School. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Nicole is a businesswoman and community servant in raw form. Rather she is sitting across the table in the executive conference room driving results, or rolling up her sleeves getting the job done, she always sticks by her core values, keeping “people” top of mind. Nicole is a motivational leader, and enjoys spending time coaching and inspiring others in reaching their personal goals.
